There are two types of franchise opportunities with Little Land. Outlined below are estimated initial investments for both a new facility and a conversion facility.

INVESTMENT

Conversion Facility

Franchise Fee: $20,000 (discounts may be available)

Total Initial Investment: $86,796 to $259,200 (includes franchise fee)

Royalty: 6% of Gross Revenues

Brand Fund: 2% of Gross Revenues

New Facility

Franchise Fee: $40,000 (discounts may be available)

Total Initial Investment: $204,872 to $744,700 (includes franchise fee)

Royalty: 6% of Gross Revenues

Brand Fund: 2% of Gross Revenues

PROCESS

  • Step 1: Introduction & Overview

    During this initial stage, we will review your background an interests as well as introduce you to the Little Land Franchise opportunity. We will discuss all of your initial questions and outline the franchising process and timeline.

    Time Commitment: 1 hour video call

  • Step 2: Deep Dive

    During this stage, our team will provide a deeper look at the Little Land business model and outline our mission and vision. We’ll also discuss our ideal franchise candidate and continue to answer your questions.

    Time Commitment: 1 hour video call

  • Step 3: Candidate Application

    After we both decide to move forward, you will be asked to complete our candidate application to indicate you are committed to continuing in the franchise journey.

    Time Commitment: 1-2 hours

  • Step 4: Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review

    During this stage you will review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Our FDD provides necessary information for potential franchise partners as required by the Federal Trade Commission. We’ll answer all of your questions to ensure Little Land is a good fit.

  • Step 5: Discovery Day

    Now that you’ve completed most of the steps prior to becoming a Franchisee, during this phase you will be invited to visit us to meet our team, see how our operations work first hand and make sure Little Land is right for you.

  • Step 6: Awarding the Franchise & Franchise Agreement

    Once you’ve been approved as a franchisee and completed all necessary steps outlined earlier, you will sign your Franchise Agreement and pay initial franchise fees. Our team will kick-off real estate and site selection as soon as this process is complete!

    The entire process (Steps 1 through 6 are typically completed within 45-60 days)
