Once you are awarded a Little Land franchise, you and a designated real estate broker will work together to find the right location that meets specific demographic, location and various construction requirements.

  • Complete market analysis, including demographic for your approved market area

  • Experienced commercial real estate broker to assist during site selection and lease negotiation

  • Site visit of your market area and each location to review site selection criteria
